Ingredients:
3/4 cup thick fresh curd
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp chopped onion
2 tsp chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
1 tsp salt
Just one step Method:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly...and use it the same day..do not store.
It has just 15 calories..0.8g Protein...3g carbohydrates...0.1g Fat....Amazing Isn't it!!
