Easy Egg Salad

Just two important Ingedients Egg and Lettuce needed for this quick one salad.
It is served cold

8 Eggs
Lettuce leaves bunch

For Dressing:

2 tbsps Salad oil
6 tbsps Vinegar
1 tsp Mustard powder
5-6 Peppercorns (crushed)
1/2 tsp White pepper powder
Salt to taste

Hard Boil the eggs in boiling water for ten to twelve minutes.
When cool, peel and place in cold water.
Wash lettuce leaves in running water and keep in chilled water.
Cut eggs into bite sized pieces.
Tear lettuce leaves with hand and gently mix eggs with them.
Prepare dressing by mixing all the ingredients.
Mix the dressing gently into the prepared lettuce and eggs.
Serve cold.
