Tabouleh (Cracked Wheat salad)

Ingredients:

1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped mint
2 tbsp Daliya (bulgur or cracked wheat)
1 1/4 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper pwd

Method:

1. First soak Daliya in water for around 15-20 minutes.
2. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Now add Daliya, mix well and serve.
