Ingredients:
100 gms Paneer (cottage Cheese) - cut into 2" squares
1 small onion - chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley or coriander
For dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp Lebanese spice powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients of dressing in a bowl.
2. Add Paneer, onion, Parsley/corriander.
3. Mix well and check salt before serving.
